This is located in Chestnut Ridge park. Hours are 7AM to Dusk in winter and 7AM to 9PM in summer.
When the park was first built they placed several of these structures with a hand pump inside each so you had access to water. They are no longer in use but the open structures are still there. Take the time to admire the skill that went into the construction.
