Do you have what it takes to pass your temps test?

Recently I recieved my temps, and can finally start driving. As a tribute to this, and partly becasue my change series is on hold until I can get part 6 back up and running, I decided to create a puzzle cache themed off of getting your temps.

A- What is the speed limit for alleys within cities? (first number subtracted from second number)

B - What is the speed limit in school zones? (second number in speed limit)

C - In Ohio, how many penalty points will you receive if you flee a police officer? C = number of penalty points + 1

D - When you are approached by an emergency vehicle, and its lights are on with an audible signal, do you pull over to the right and stop, or do you immediately stop where you are? 

              Pull over to the right and stop - 9

              Stop where you are - 4

EF - First number in the speed limit of all residential areas unless otherwise posted, multiplied by 11.
