「香下(こうした)ダム」は宇佐平野の農業用水を確保する目的で建てられ、1995年、現在の宇佐市院内町に完成しました。
ダム湖に架かる吊り橋や、渡った先の展望台からは四季折々の季節と湖畔の景色が堪能出来ます。
