The Latimer Pond Park has had some upgrades done to the surrounding area.
They have a nice dog off leash area.
They added a parking lot to the area so there is no longer any side of the street parking required
They also added a boardwalk that goes out over the pond, and some other piers that allow you to fully appreciate the pond.
