Since I couldn't get permission to place a container at this bell I decided to use it as a virtual stage for a puzzle cache.
Cache is not located at the posted coordinates.
Fill in the blanks for the following coords using information from the bell and plaque at the posted coords to find the cache.
N 43 07.0_ _ and W 75 24.0_ _
Subtract 1811 from the date on the bell for the north coords.
Subtract 1929 from the year on the plaque for the west coords.
Now you have the final coords and can make the find.
Please replace the container exactly the way you find it.
The final stage is in a quiet residential area so please NO NIGHT CACHING.
I bumped up the D/T rating since a TOTT may be needed.
