What is a CITO event?

Cache In Trash Out® events bring geocachers together to care for the geocaching game board: planet Earth. CITO events might focus on tree planting, litter pick up, or even habitat restoration. They’re a chance for geocachers to give back to their local spaces and communities.

Details

  • Where: Yerrabi Pond, Gungahlin
  • When: Monday, April 10, 2023
  • Time: 3:00pm until 4:00pm
  • Why: To come together as a geocaching community and celebrate the Easter long weekend by cleaning up where we can
  • Rubbish bags and disposable gloves will be provided

COVID Safe Plan

  • Sanitise your hands regularly; Hand sanitiser will be provided but you may also bring your own.
  • Keep 1.5m social distancing where practical
  • Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell.
  • BYOP (bring your own pen), as all cachers should !
  • If you are located in (or have been to) a Covid Hotspot at the time of the event, for the safety of all others, please do not attend !!
