To be effective, an army relies on good and plentiful food.

This saying is attributed to Napoleon Bonaparte.
The NAAFI provided food and drink for our forces whilst in camp and also when out on exercise, sometimes in the NAAFI van or dropped off,

Whether meals or the 24hr Survival rations (Rat packs) depending where you were, you were able to have a meal, a byte or a if you were out and about a nibble, to keep you effective.

The cache is not at the posted coordinates which is close to the Roman Arch, but you have intercepted a message, deciphering it will take you to the final coordinates.

This cache is part of a few series of caches covering the Whitehill and Bordon area, and cover the Bordon Inclosure (BI), the Hogmoor Inclosure (HI) and the Deadwater Valley (DW) , these have been planned and placed with the kind permission and assistance of the Deadwater Valley Trust and their volunteers, and each of the areas has a theme.
The Bordon Inclosure theme is Birds and Wildlife
The Deadwater Valley theme is Trees and Plants

The three areas are different habitats, they offer some beautiful walks and areas of activity. They are also a haven to various abundant Birds, Mammals, Reptiles and Amphibians so keep a lookout as you walk about.
