Mortimer resides in Farragut State Park, which is a fee area. If you don't have an Idaho State Parks annual pass, be sure to stop at the Vsitor Center or a kiosk to purchase a day pass. At the time this cache was placed, a day pass cost $7.00 for Idaho residents and $14.00 for out-of-state vehicles.
I don't remember just where or when I acquired Mortimer, but he's been with me for quite some time. Today I decided that he needed to find a home more interesting than my desk drawer, in a place with a bit of scenery and where he might get some visitors.
Mortimer is hanging around in a small fir tree. Stealth may be necessary. A TOTT may be necessary. A pen will be necessary.
