Metsolan hautausmaa on perustettu vuonna 1952.
Siunauskappeli on valmistunut vuonna 1956. Kappelin on suunnitellut arkkitehti Erik Bryggman. Siunauskappeli peruskorjattiin vuosina 2001-2002. Saneerauksen yhteydessä rakennettiin myös kellotapuli.
Siunauskappelin vieressä on muistelupaikka muualle haudattujen vainajien omaisille.
Hautausmaan koilliskulmassa on ortodoksiselle seurakunnalle vuokrattu hauta-alue. Länsi-Uudenmaan ortodoksit ry. rakensi alueelle tsasounan pitkälti talkootyönä 1995-1996.

Metsola cemetery was established in 1952.
The chapel was designed by architect Erik Bryggman. It was completed in 1956 and renovated in 2001-2002.
The belfry was also built in connection with the renovation.
Next to the chapel there is a place of remembrance for the relatives of the deceased buried elsewhere.
In the northeast corner of the cemetery there is a grave area leased to the Orthodox congregation. Länsi-Uudenmaan ortodoksit ry (West Uusimaa Orthodox Registered Association) built a tsasouna in the area largely as communal work in 1995-1996.
