Rietumu maģistrāle
Maģistrāles izbūve tika uzsākta 2018.gada jūlijā. 2 km garā maģistrāle izbūvēta ar mērķi nodrošināt Valmieras industriālo teritoriju savstarpēju sasaisti un savienojumu ar Valmieras apvedceļu un autoceļu A3. Tādējādi tiek atvieglota maģistrāles aptvertajā teritorijā bāzēto uzņēmumu loģistika un smago automašīnu kustība tiek novirzīta no ielu posmiem ar dzīvojamo māju apbūvi.
Jaunā maģistrāle sākās pie Leona Paegles ielas, iet gar Putriņu mežu līdz Ausekļa ielai, tālāk virzās pa Ausekļa ielu līdz Voldemāra Baloža ielai. Voldemāra Baloža ielai pie pagrieziena uz Jumaras ielu no jauna ir izbūvēts turpinājums līdz Somu ielai, kas tālāk savienojas ar pilsētas apvedceļu.
Valmieras Rietumu industriālā maģistrāle ir aprīkota ar ielu LED apgaismojumu, izbūvēts gājēju un velosipēdistu ceļš. Maģistrāle nodota eksplutācijā 2019 gada decembrī. Projekta kopējie izdevumi ir ap 4 000 000 EUR

Western highway
The construction of the highway was started in July 2018. The 2 km long highway was built with the aim of ensuring mutual connection of Valmiera industrial territories and connection with the Valmiera bypass and the A3 highway. This way, the logistics of the companies based in the area covered by the highway is facilitated and the movement of heavy vehicles is diverted from the sections of streets with the construction of residential houses.
The new highway starts at Leona Paegles Street, goes along the Putriņi Forest to Ausekļa Street, then continues along Ausekļa Street to Voldemāra Baloža Street. A continuation of Voldemāra Baloža Street at the turn to Jumaras Street has been re-constructed to Somu Street, which further connects to the city bypass road. The Valmiera Western industrial highway is equipped with LED street lighting, a pedestrian and bicycle path has been built.
