Eksporta un Dzelzceļa iela

2022. gadā tika pabeigta Eksporta ielas, Dzelzceļa ielas un stāvlaukuma Eksporta ielā 8 izbūve, kā arī Zāļu ielas pārbūve. Pārbūve tika veikta Eiropas reģionālās attīstības fonda (ERAF) projekta  “Industriālo teritoriju attīstība Valmierā – 1. kārta” ietvaros. Tāpat tika pabeigti projektā paredzētie ēku demontāžas darbi bijušā Valmieras gaļas kombināta teritorijā. Nojauktas teritorijā esošās ēkas, kas bija sliktā tehniskā stāvoklī, kā arī veikta betona elementu demontāža. Nojaukts betona un drāšu pinuma žogs, sadrupināti un aizvesti būvgruži, teritorija nolīdzināta. Šajā vietā tiks izveidots Valmieras Rūpniecības un eksporta parks.

Eksporta and Dzelzceļa street

In 2022, the construction of Eksporta Street, Dzelzceļa Street and the parking lot at Eksporta Street 8, as well as the reconstruction of Zāļu Street, were completed. The reconstruction was carried out by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) project. Within the framework of "Development of industrial territories in Valmiera - 1st round". The dismantling works of the buildings in the territory of the former Valmiera meat factory were also completed. The buildings in the area, which were in poor technical condition, were demolished, as well as the dismantling of concrete elements. Demolished concrete and wire mesh fence, crushed and removed construction debris, the area is leveled. In this place will be created Valmiera Industrial and Export Park.
