HISTORIA
A árbore foi plantada por Augusto Bugarín no 1927, cando aínda era un neno. Arrincouna do monte e plantouna neste lugar cando a árbore só contaba con 2 metros de altura.
Foi un punto de encontro para a veciñanza. No 1971 foi alcanzado por un lóstrego. En outubro do 2011 foi incluído no catálogo de árbores senlleiras de Galicia.

HISTORY
The tree was planted by Augusto Bugarín in 1927, when he was still a child. He plucked it from the mountain and planted it in this place when the tree was only 2 meters high.
It was a meeting point for the neighborhood. In 1971 he was struck by lightning. In October 2011 it was included in the catalog of single trees in Galicia.
