*PRESENZE ILLUSTRI: Dal 28 marzo al 23 aprile 1879 la Regina Vittoria fu ospitata nella villa.
Questa è una delle ville più imponenti e note di Baveno. Dal cache si può vedere solo la sua torre più alta, ma dal lungolago se ne può avere una visione completa!
La villa, in stile inglese, italiano e "un poco indiano", come definito dal proprietario, fu progettata e realizzata da noti architetti, stuccatori, moasicisti, pittori dell'epoca italiani e inglesi.
All'interno del parco sono presenti una cappella anglicana, una piscina, la casa del portianio, scuderie, rimessa, disrtibutore (all'epoca "gazometro"), ghiacciaia, cantina, legnaia, lavanderia, ripostiglio, serra, opificio per la produzione di spille e aghi, casa degli operai.

*FAMOUS RESIDENTS: From March 28 to April 23, 1879, Queen Victoria was hosted in the mansion.
This is one of the most impressive and well-known mansion in Baveno. From the cache you can only see its tallest tower, but from the lakefront you can have a complete view of its beauty!
The mansion, in English, Italian and "a little Indian" style, as defined by the owner, was designed and built by well-known Italian and English architects, plasterers, mosaicists, painters of the time.
Inside the park there are an Anglican chapel, a swimming pool, the porter's house, stables, the carriages shed a gas station (at the time "gazometer"), an icebox, the cellar, a woodshed, tha laundry, the storeroom, a greenhouse, a factory for the production of pins and needles, the workers' house.
