Asahi-machi Katori Shrine was founded in 1889 as the town centre of Toyoshiki.
The deity is Futsunushi.
He is said to be a deity who deifies the power of swords.
The Otori Shrine is enshrined in the precincts and a rooster market is held every year in November.
I hid the cache in the ginkgo tree standing in front of the torii gate.
Please look for it after visiting the shrine so that the cache can be found safely!

旭町香取神社は、明治22年に豊四季の鎮守として創建されました。
御祭神は経津主神(フツヌシ)です。
経津主神は武甕槌神(タケミカヅチ)と共に、東方の征圧に尽力した武の神で、刀剣の威力を神格化した神と言われています。
境内には大鳥神社が合祀されており、毎年11月には酉の市が開催されます。
鳥居の前に立っているいちょうの木にキャッシュを隠しました。
