I sent an email to the Onkaparinga Council and asked what parks/reserves they would like cleaned up. They sent back a list of half a dozen locations. This is the third of those chosen locations. The CITO location is the Thalassa Park.
Thalassa Park is on a hill. The listed co ords are at the top of the hill and is a small carpark at the rose garden. There is also a small carpark 1/2 way up the hill besides the playground. You may wish to park in one of the side streets that end bordering the park and CITO you way to the listed co ords. Thalassa Park is commonly used for birthday party's and the Rose garden is irregularly used for weddings/wedding photos so parking could be a problem if the car parks get full.
The coucil do there best to keep this park clean but it usually the party goes that leave a mess for others to clean up. Below is the current council review of the park.
