Spiders and Snakes in My Backyard! Traditional Cache

This medium-sized container is currently over-filled with spider and snakes, so please bring smaller swag for trade and for the first child finders don't worry about trading. There is a FTF TB, but all FTF kids have their choice without trading in these caches. Please mention in your log if the swag is dwindling and I will bring more.

This creepy crawly cache is a medium sized plastic container painted in a camo style, hidden at the base of a Douglas-fir tree in a birch sleeve, covered in birch bark. It is full of spiders and snakes on hiding. There is a mechanical pencil and a logbook to sign in a plastic bag.

There are lovely views of the Columbia River along here. It is located off what appears to be vacant land with quad trails, so you could drive here, but beware of the mud, snow at different times of the year. I recommend the parking coordinates and walk along the trail or beach to near this spot. In low water levels, a bear cage can be seen on the beach between the Smart Hut cache and Sh...stolen pirate treasure. The area is beautiful, and I am lucky that this is my backyard. This is part of a running route for me, so wave and say hi if you see me.

If the snow isn't too deep, you will be able to find this one in winter too.
