Tiny green hill with nice rocks, in the middle of a busy area with all kinds of stores and workshops. Close to a great arts and crafts store and a fantastic outdoor shop. Lots of traffic noise, but if you got to the top of the small hill the view is quite interesting. The trash in this area suggests the workers nearby come here on their breaks when the weather is good.
