Before summer gets going, lets kick back and have a relaxing iced tea today at Woodland Crest, located in South Park on June 10th. Why iced tea? Because today is National Iced Tea Day!!! Let’s plan on meeting today at 1:30 PM, kick back, open a bottle of iced tea and talk cache for a while. I will provide the iced tea and the shelter has been reserved for us. I will have both Gold Peak and Pure Leaf iced tea in the cooler. If there is another iced tea that you like to drink, bring it along, but please no Long Island Iced Teas as I did not get the alcohol permit for this event. I have the shelter reserved for the full day, but the event will go from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM. I will probably bring along some snacks to share as well, probably some pretzels, chips, and crackers.
There is a playground at the shelter, so the little ones will be able to burn off some energy. Geodogs are allowed but please cleanup after them if they go.
