Maddiston War Memorial
Maddiston was previously one of the only villages in the Falkirk district who did not have a war memorial to commemorate their fallen soldiers.
As a result of a joint effort by Maddiston Community Council, Maddiston and Rumford Local History Group, Falkirk Council and Cloybank Estate, the Maddiston War Memorial was unveiled on 21st June 2014. Maddiston now has a war memorial to be proud of.
