Not too many people know this but almost every night there is a unique group of musicians that play magnificently into the wee hours of the night. They go largely unnoticed because they are so small and you have to listen really closely to be able to hear them.
The band is called Elvis and the Beetles, and they can really jam. Their favorite song to play is called "Six Leg Boogie" but they can play pretty much anything. They even take requests if you ask real nice. The members of the band come from a variety of diverse backgrounds and all have their own musical style and favorite instrument. There is a spider that plays the drums with only his legs, and his drum solo is one of the most spectacular solos you will ever hear. A mosquito provides a fine tuned buzzing noise, giving that edgy sort of feel. There are a few beetles in the band, one playing the accordion, another playing the harmonica and the last playing a mean cowbell. Everyone knows that we need more cowbell.
One of the more popular members is a lightning bug that plays the electric guitar and is also their pyrotechnics expert. The fireworks display is one of the most spectacular and unique shows around. The face of the band is a grasshopper named Elvis and is of course the lead singer. He really has a unique voice, sometimes hitting those hard to reach notes no one else can. Besides his phenomenal singing, he really puts on a fantastic show. When he does his hips shake dance move and rubber legs dance move it is indeed a sight to be seen. You won’t be disappointed. If you do see Elvis and the Beetles, and they allow you on stage with them, make sure to post pictures.
