This is a cache dedicated to a good friend of mine, and many of the local cachers here in Scotland. This is a cache dedicated to thaicnx, or Alan to his friends, who sadly passed away in December 2022. Alan was a prolific geocacher, racking up more than 25,000 finds since logging his first cache back in March 2012 (GC1BHFA). Alan loved to travel and visited 23 countries during his caching career, including Austria, Russia and Alan's personal favourite Thailand.
I chose this spot as the walk to here had been enjoyable, the views are good and there was a hiding place for a fairly decent sized container. Included in the cache at time of publication is a special Thai flag trackable which ultimately has the aim of reaching Thailand.
