In the old days of Edo, eels caught in the Tone River and Teganuma Swamp were very popular!
On the way to Edo, eels were soaked in the clear water of this place to bring them back to life.
There is a monument and a signboard at this location that depicts what it was like in those days.
We hid the cache in the best vantage point.
Why don't you enjoy the view of the river and think back to those days?
No pens are available, so please bring a writing utensil!
