細かいことは解りませんがおそらく柴田水処理センターで使用された水が流れ出ています。勢いは強く量がある印象です。水は汚れている様子は見られません。釣り人が入れ替わり来るのでそれなりに良い場所なのかもしれませんが釣っているのを見たことはありません。
I don't know the details, but the water used at the Shibata Water Treatment Center is probably flowing out. I have the impression that the momentum is strong and voluminous. The water does not appear to be dirty. It may be a good place because anglers come and go, but I have never seen it fishing.
