The brand new $2.5 million City of Bayswater Skate Park facilty opened in December 2022.
The city received funding from the State Government through METRONET to build the new skate park following relocation of the existing facility to make way for the new Morley Station carpark.
The park features BMX jumps, a quarter pipe, a five-stair with rail and ledges, tabletop combo, A-frame with down rails, step-up and a level change box jump. It is also is home to the State’s biggest vert ramp - a 3.9m high and 13.5m wide half pipe.
Younger riders are catered for with a junior plaza which includes a three-foot mini ramp to get started on, before progressing to larger elements within the park.
Bayswater Skate Park also is now home to a cache. Sign the logbook then stay for some bike, scooter, skatebaord, rollerblade or rollerskate action!
