Waterford could use a few more caches. Here's a nice little overlook and view of the fabulous Fox River. A dead end with an obvious hiding spot. Please go slow as you go through the area leading up to the hiding spot. Be alert to the muggle factor and respectful of the area. Enjoy the view. No night caching. You can park next to GC. Do not park in the apartment parking lot. Should take only a few minutes to find and log.
