Our first hide in California. When we moved to the area, someone said that it was "target rich" and another way to think about that is "high geocache density", which is a good thing unless you want to place a geocache.
I noticed that a cache at this particular location had been archived. What an opportunity!
Experienced finders shouldn't find this one difficult at all.
