This is my first hide. So I hid exactly the kind of cache my little kiddos love to find!
Find a cache, take a leisure lap around the sidewalk, have lunch at the picnic tables up top and pause to take in the panoramic ocean view. My daughter has named this park “sunshine park”, very fitting for the late afternoon visits when you can watch an incredible sunset! Buena Vista Reservoir Park was dedicated in 2021 and includes the pre-existing water tank, lots of native plants and a small playground. While you’re here you can locate the bench with a view that was dedicated with love, and serves as this cache’s namesake. This is a classic hide that should be cake for a seasoned cacher (and hopefully the lower path keeps you concealed from any muggles). Cache has tiny swag to exchange.
