This is a POWDER PUFF GIRL lettercache. We used the rating system provided to rate the difficulty . The terrain is easy access and more like a 1 except for the last 15 feet.
This is a Letterbox-Combo-Geocache. Please don't take the BLOSSOM Stamp, Use it only to mark your log book.
Blossom is on a mission! Help Her save the World before Bedtime!! This lettercache has two matching schoolbox size containers ...one with the the log and letterboxing stamp {don't take her :o)} ...and the other with the cache stash. Yes, The color matches Blossom!
Park here: N 38d 44.25__ W 89d 55.71 . Parking on any of the side roads or closer to the cache will most likely lead to TOWING.
This is known as the SchoolHouse trail.
Head South.
Round the bend.
Past the old farm equipment and lame bugs.
Keen ears will pick up on the quail's whistle.
Pass the yield sign & private access.
Pass the stop sign and street crossing ...
Hold your kids' hands, the cars don't stop.
Pass the 3960' marker.
As you near the location, you'll pass a box culvert.
Begin counting 38 strides.
(remember a stride is 2 foot falls).
This is the spot!
Turn left, SOUTH.
You should be in a cut section of the trail ... like a valley with the banks sloping up on both sides.
The hiding place is at the base of a Power Pole covered with branches.
The area is steep & full of brambles and stickers. Machette required in the summer!
If you pass a backyard detention basin to the north, you've gone too far.
