What a cool opportunity we have as geocachers to give back to the communities we cache in! I often go around town and wish I could pick up particularly trash filled areas, but this effort takes a long time solo! What better way to serve the community than to do it together while having a good time.
You can park in the parking lot where the coordinates of the event are listed. I would recommend bringing gloves, a water bottle, and some trash bags. I will be bring a cooler to refill bottles, some very light snacks, and some trash bags. If you would like, feel free to bring some snacks of your own to share with the others! I look forward to serving with you all! Invite your friends and family whether they be cachers or not!
