The ziplock bags in these caches are more for slip than protection. When putting the log back, I recommend shoving the open ziplock bag in first (tweezers help with this), tightly roll the log and slip back into the tube. Don't worry about sealing the ziplock as the paper is rain-resistant. Just securely screw the top back onto the tube.
