With an expected crowd of nearly 90,000 at the Baku Formula One Grand Prix on this weekend, there are bound to be so many amongst us who are also cachers. There aren't many caches here, but that should not deter us. We hold this event as an opportunity to say hi to cachers from around the globe who also like this fast paced sport. And to give us all an opportunity to get a smiley in Baku.
We will be visiting from Australia, having attended the GP there at the start of April, so this is a back to back for us. Join us for a coffee at CupCup Coffee, or even a quick breakfast, before the fans head down to the track. We'll be bringing some trackables to visit and to drop, so it would be great if others bring some too.
Nearest station is Nizami (a major hub on the metro, so you can't miss it) , and walk north from there.
Timing of the event is to ensure those who are going to the Saturday GP activities will get there before any on-track action starts.
