This is placed on the outside of the Harry E Culm Bank. You have to do a little bit of climbing to get to it. It is not inside the actual bank, but on the hill leading up to it. Please do not leave any trash behind and be careful when searching.
The cash is a small water bottle wrapped in black tape.
