I actually thought of this puzzle when working on GC9H3H4 online with the group back in 2021, since realistically there's only one chain-related song above Aretha.
It's a word search, but not. Instead, make your way from the C in the top left to the T in the bottom right, choosing your path wisely to spell out 15 terms in a list (see title) all strung together. All 15 items are certainly findable without using the chain rule (see what I did there?), you could theoretically treat this as a bendy word search. There are some easter eggs in here just for fun (and potential distraction), they won't help you with coordinates.
Oh, and there are no diagonal connections, the chain only travels in your typical four directions.
