Better Call Saul is the prequel series to Breaking Bad. Like that series, it is filmed in and around Albuquerque. It tells the story how Jimmy McGill comes to be known as "Saul Goodman", the lawyer who "put 'criminal' in criminal defense lawyer".
This spot highlights another filming location for both Better Call Saul and Breaking Bad, although it and resident Wendy only appear in one BCS episode, #4 of the 6th and final season. Jimmy picks Wendy up here to play in his and Kim's reputation smear on Howard Hamlin. After Jimmy kicks Wendy out of Howard's car in view of Cliff Main, Kim drops Wendy off here and is followed by a car. In Breaking Bad Hank Schrader nicknames the Crossroads Motel "The Crystal Palace" while showing Walter White Jr the downsides of drug addiction.
In real life the Crossroads Model seems clean and the parking lot behind it has certainly been cleaned up in recent years. They don't want people there but the small pill bottle cache is in a tree and accessible from the street.
