The 3rd in the "Quality not Quantity" series
This WAS a Memeber only cache but after almost a year, I think it's time to open it up to everyone.
geo-caching is a sport/recreation/family game and I believe if you have taken the time to help ensure the evolution of this addictive pass-time then the least we can do is have quality caches. I'm not a fan of hiding a cache just to be the first there with a cache or leave just a log. Some are in it for the find, others the exercise! My son loves to go "treasure hunting" because to him, It's about what's inside. I will try to make this series of caches fun, somewhat difficult and full of quality goodies.
I was going to list the contents, but I think it will be more fun to let you post only what you took, and what you left!!!!I was going to list the contents, but I think it will be more fun to let you post only what you took, and what you left!!!!
It's in the Johnson Nature Preserve, A 2 terrain difficulty only because there are steep hills and can be slick in the wrong weather conditions.
It's a 2.5 in overall difficulty, only because you need a map to find it, or you just gps it there. and the entrance is small and very easy to miss. I drove past it twice the first time I was scouting the location.
