Enjoy a short hike along the flat and shaded Edward Thomas Trail in Sharon Woods Metro Park to find this cache. This area of the park was recently inducted into the National Old Growth Forest Network, which recognizes Metro Parks’ efforts to preserve and protect native forests, so people of all generations can experience the biodiversity and beauty of nature. Be sure to check out the impressive 200 year old oak trees along your journey! This cache is not dog friendly, as the trail winds through a State Nature Preserve.
