Se trata de uno de los conjuntos hidráulicos más importantes del término. Cuenta con dos pozos, separados por unos 10 m, con comunicación interior. Ambos presentan cuellos cuadrangulares, picas para abrevar el ganado, jambas y largueros. En Sencelles recuerdan como durante los años de sequía los depósitos permanecían cerrados porque los binissalemers iban a sacar agua.
Justo junto al Pou Major hay un sencillo puente que atraviesa el torrente de Sencelles. Cuenta con un solo ojo, de arco escarzano y construido con marés. El caminal, de poco más de un metro de anchura, se muestra enmarcado.
