BELMONT

Sitting on the west bank of the Hutt River the Belmont Domain contains the Hardwick-Smith Lounge (a community facility), a Scout den, barbecue facilities, tennis courts, a children's play area, toilets and a rhododendron dell.

Belmont Regional Park has panoramic views and open space for walkers, mountain bikers and horse riders. It is the largest regional park in the Wellington region and was the first park in New Zealand to include land for recreation, conservation and farming.
