First things First cache is not at the posted coordinates, but the posted coordinates are for parking. The coordinates for parking are an area large enough for a couple semi trucks to pull off. It is along a busy road, if caching with children be extra careful (the road to nowhere; this is an abandoned freeway that everyone uses. They abandoned Route 33 East expansion in favor of a route more north running through Parsons.)
The final will take you to a remnant abandoned during the construction of this 4 lane. People regularly rock climb, and ice climb along the route to the final. You will also need a way to use coordinate projection to ascertain the whereabouts of the final for this cache!
WIth it being placed in a dangerous area always cache with a friend. The final will warrant the terrain rating.
From the parking coordinates project an angle of 115° for 600 feet;
once at that location project an angle of 236° for 150 feet;
this will take you near the final location.
The final is in a 4.5 difficulty terrain! Please use caution...
Places that are left abandoned are amazing places to discover! The final container was a gift from FatBoyWV, placed by The Boss Queens WV and Turtlednr.
