This cache is dedicated to those special days we can't wait to come, whether that's a major life milestone or just a fun day out geocaching!
This is a two-stage mystery cache with a field AND virtual puzzle.
At stage #1 you will find an object. You will need this object and the clues below to determine the location of the final. Please do not place anything (swag, make-shift logs, etc.) at stage 1. Your name must be on the final log to claim the find.
Counting the Days
Days to count heading North: Friday, Thursday, Sunday
Days to count heading West: Tuesday, Saturday, Thursday
This cache is along a newly constructed hike and bike path following Pettis Avenue. This paved trail spans four miles between Forest Hills Eastern High School and Chief Hazy Cloud Park. Parking coords, the path, and all stages are located on public land recently acquired by Kent County. This park is near the Grand River, but all stages are well above the floodplain.
11/10/24: Parking updated! There is a newly paved parking lot and trailhead at Egypt Valley Rd & Pettis Ave. If you are biking the whole path, you can start at Chief Hazy Cloud Park or Forest Hills East High School.
