Runninggirl1972 and I spent a couple of nights at Nydia Lodge, and decided the place needed another cache.
This one is placed on the fitness track that forms a loop that enters and exits the lodge grounds. The two waypoints are the access points.
The fitness track turned out to be a little gem.
The track is stated as 1 km long, is easy going, and is wide and grassed for the most part.
There are points where you can get good views of the bay, and all the way round this short loop you can enjoy the changing vegetation.
The cache is at the base of a tree, behind, under a rock. It will likely get damp but is a double container and RITR paper. It’s a large micro. Please take care to replace as found so it is not visible. D/T rating the same as the B&W one (GC5BQMM) nearby.
