Power to the People 🔌 Traditional Cache

In the aim of populating the Byward market with more caches - here is a tricky one positioned in between 2 of my other caches! 

This peculiar hide may require some thinking outside the box, but the hint should be very helpful if you're having trouble. It does not require tools.

A Brief History of Routhier Community Center

École Routhier was established in 1932 as a Catholic Francophone Separate girls’ school by Joseph Onesime Routhier.

Over its nine decades in Lowertown, the Routhier building has also served as an event venue for family celebrations and political meetings, and in early 2020 it was used as a COVID isolation centre for single homeless individuals.

Currently the building is in use as a community centre with a full-size gymnasium, a sprung-floor dance studio and rooms for community association meetings; and a storage location for city artworks and artifacts.
