The cache is not at the posted coordinates! However, as explained below, you will have to make calculations based on information at those coordinates in order to access the cache container.
NOTE: The lock on the final container is broken, so you no longer need to make any calculations at GZ.
This is a bonus cache for completing the Geocaching Adventure Labs "Milwaukee's Central Public Library - Parts 1 & 2."

Milwaukee’s Central Public Library
The Central Library is the administrative headquarters for the Milwaukee Public Library ("MPL") system. This system also includes 12 branch libraries spread throughout Milwaukee’s neighborhoods.
The MPL collection includes more than 2.7 million books and other materials such as magazines, newspapers, records, cassettes, CDs, and videos as well as more than 1.5 million government documents. The library system also provides a variety of computer resources.
The Milwaukee Public Library was founded in 1878. After several moves, the Central Library was built in response to the need for more spacious quarters. It opened its doors to the public on October 3, 1898.
According to the MPL brochure available here,
the Central Library opened in 1898, designed as a U-shaped building by architects Ferry and Clas to house both the Milwaukee Public Library and the Milwaukee Public Museum. Additions in 1909, 1913, and 1954 expanded the building into the structure as it stands today. The Milwaukee Public Museum relocated to a new, stand-alone building across Wells Street to the north in 1963. Central Library was designated an official Milwaukee landmark in 1969 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
Accessing and Completing the Adventure Labs
You must complete the Milwaukee's Central Public Library Adventure Lab - Parts 1 & 2 to obtain the coordinates to this cache. The five locations in each of those two Adventures have NO physical caches. At each location, you will receive info about that experience and will have to answer a simple question.
Given the overlapping indoor zones, the stages are sequential. It is easiest to complete Part 1 first.
On completion of each Adventure Lab stage, you will be credited with the "Find." After completing all five stages of Part 1, you will be given a partial code. Upon completing Part 2, you will receive the remainder of that code. After completing both Parts, enter the code in sequence into the Certitude Checker below to get the location of the physical Bonus Cache.
PLEASE NOTE: The cache container is locked. Upon entry of the code into the Certitude Checker, you also will be provided with instructions to determine the combination for that lock.based on information from the tarnished blue light fixture at the given coordinates.
Although not required, please feel free to upload your (non spoiler) pictures from your adventure and tell about your experience in your log.
Geocaching Adventure Lab caches can only be found with the use of a smartphone or tablet using geocaching.com's free Adventure Lab app. Your adventure can begin after downloading the Geocaching Adventure Lab mobile app.
