Cowouflage MoooVement events are a chance for us to invite geocachers to join us to swap TBs, swap geocaching stories & tips too. As ambassadors of mega:MK we want to share with those attending MK news about the preparations being made for this Summer's UKMega. It is also an opportunity for us to share our silly Cowouflage fundraiser idea, that we created to raise funds, for what is our local mega. The mega:MK 2023 is to be held on Aug 5th 2023 GC9V5J3 we hope that you can attend it with us.

How Cowouflage was started;

I got a cow print hat for andMAN to wear mega week, because one thing MK is synonymous for is their concrete cows.  However he began to wear it at events when we held a raffles for mega:MK funds. It was known as his Cow camouflage - hence Cowouflage was born. The more he was seen wearing it & the tb code was discovered, the more other cachers wanted to have one. So more fundraising for the mega has happened from us selling COWOUFLAGE merchandise.

The Cowouflage Mooovement;
We have created events to raise awareness of mega:MK & what Milton Keynes has to offer. It's known as the COWOUFLAGE MOOOVEMENT. The events have been created to meet geocaching community members around the country, as well as further afield when the chances allow. We want to spread the word about this UK mega as it is our local one. Whilst we will have some mega:MK merchandise to sell, as well as our Cowouflage stock, NO PURCHASES are compulsory, all funds raised will go towards the week of fun & a Mega Day Event full of geocaching wonderment.

We look forward to seeing as many geocaching friends as possible, for an event of chat & geocaching adventure swapping 😉

We are travelling here to see the Spalding Flower Parade. We have friends in town so they are getting involved too.

So it seemed an ideal opportunity to bring the Cowouflage to the area. The venue is an ice cream shop, but they also serve a range of hot drinks & desserts. No purchase is required though for attendance.
