Prior to that it was just restricted to military and other government use. The following day, Dave Ulmer hit the Original Stash as it was called back then. People were able to find this stash which was located at N CB° 17.C6A W 122° 24.8AA. to find the letter Z, the original stash was hidden in this state
Z 1-Oregon 2-California 3-Washington 4-Idaho 5-Michigan
No need to be in west side of fence when making the find. FTFs we're taken at the Blue Switch Day event.
