Blunn Creek Preserve Virtual Cache

Blunn creek preserve has forty acres of woodlands and streamside habitat support urban wildlife and migratory birds. Particularly notable are the mature oaks and old Texas persimmons and some very special geology from the late Cretaceous Era, 70 million years ago.
Go to the above coordinates and look for a sign and answer these questions.
1. According to the sign how deep was the ancient ocean?
2. What happen here 80,000,000 years ago at this site?

Schools use Blunn Preserve as an outdoor classroom.
Blunn contains a large loop trail with side branches, creek crossings and two scenic overlooks.
I know of at least 3 entrances to the preserve, just to let you know if you find the north entrance blocked or locked at the time of your visit.
