Here are some fun facts about squirrels. There are 285 difftrent species of squirrels and they can be found on every continent except Antartica. Here in Canada we have 22 different species of squirrel living here. They can use their tails to tell other squirrels how they are feeling emotionaly. The word squirrel come from Greek meaning "shadow tail."
