Geocache Description:

Woolly Hollow State Park is tucked away on the foothills of the Ozark Mountains in Faulkner County Arkansas. Designated as a state park in 1973, the park offers a variety of activities, including hiking, mountain biking, camping, fishing, canoeing, pedal boats, and swimming. Several caches are located in the park that offer a variety of experiences.

This regular sized cache is located on a relative high point within the park and was inspired by Gaddiel and Orange Danish's GC67C2 "Wild & Woolly" geocache. Note that you will find this cache in the woods without a classic scenic overlook view, but still a nice place to be. To find this cache, start on the Huckleberry Trail either near the Visitor Center or the trailhead near the park entrance. The best thing to do is stay on the trail and do not cut off the switchbacks. Leave the trail within approximately 40 feet of cache.

Help practice CITO (Cache In, Trash Out) while on the trail to help keep the park litter free. This being Arkansas, there may be insects or critters you may not want to tangle with, so please be careful.

Permit Number PT 59-13 Approved by Woolly Hollow State Park for placement of this cache.

🥇🏆 Congratulations to Reese486, JAM6100, and Ubu for the Co-FTF! 🏆🥇
