Wandering around the Southern Downs, looking for likely spots for caches, we stumbled upon this old wooden church. This is the Uniting Church, Freestone (formerly Freestone Methodist Church) and was built in 1865, and is now part of the Warwick - Killarney Parish of the Uniting Church.
We have hidden a cache here, purely to bring you out of Warwick, to enjoy our beautiful back roads and see our beautiful countryside.
The cache is a small cammoed container, containing only a log book, inside a small zip lock baggie. Please BYO writing implement. No room for SWAG. (No signature, no excuse, no smilie)
There is no need to enter the church grounds to retrieve this cache. Please respect the church if you arrive on a day of worship.
Contratulations to geoff511 and the geodog Scruffy on being first to find.
Well done Geoff and Scruffy
