Per Groundspeak: When a well-designed geocache makes us smile with delight, it can feel like magic. With that spirit in mind, we're excited to annouce Maker Magic, a celebration of creative hides that may inspire you to create a wonderful new cache of your own.
The geocaching community is invited to host a Maker Magic event between June 13 - July 3, 2023. Anyone who logs an "Attended" at a registered Maker Maker event will earn a special souvenir!
This will be a build a cache event:
Let's get together and build caches. We will be providing a limited number of bisons (ast least 30). We will be bringing materials to help with the creation of our caches. If you have a special cache container project bring it. We will have an assortment of tools on hand to help build our caches. Feel free to bring any tools or supplies to help out.
Nicooole will be bringing several caches that she has created and one OttieOlson cache to share to get our creativity flowing and show us how we can turn a bison into a fun and creative hide.
The event will be from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
